Pet treatment (also known as urine treatment or bio-waste treatment) in carpet cleaning refers to specialized services designed to address the unique challenges that pets can pose to your carpets, such as odors, stains, and allergens. This typically includes enzymatic cleaners that break down pet urine and organic stains, neutralizing odors rather than just masking them.  The process may also target pet allergens like dander, using hypoallergenic or allergen-neutralizing solutions to reduce allergic reactions. For deeper stains or persistent issues, steam cleaning or sanitizing may be used to eliminate bacteria and germs. Overall, pet treatment ensures that carpets remain fresh, clean, and free of the lingering effects of pet ownership.

During our inspection we start by checking for urine traces in different areas of the carpet with a specialized hydro sensor. If there is a urine stain, we treat it specifically with an enzymatic cleaner to make sure the stain is neutralized and ready for removal. In the event there are more than 4 spots within one area we then spray the entire exposed area with the enzyme cleaner to ensure all the pet odor is removed properly during our steam clean process.
